Lincoln's Story

There is really no doubt that the Stollery has changed Lincoln and our lives. Who knows if Lincoln would be alive today without the incredible help and care they have provided.

Lincoln has been in and out of Stollery care due to respiratory issues too many times to count at this point and every single time, whether for a check-up or an overnight stay, we have been treated with care and expertise from a team we may not have access if it didn't exist.

The word 'grateful' doesn't even cover the extent of gratitude we feel towards what they have been able to do for our Lincoln and our family and it is the least we can do to help them on their mission of building a standalone hospital and space for themselves in the future.

But, the thing is, it isn't just for them, it's for the countless children that are, in reality, in much more dire situations than Lincoln, that deserve nothing but the best care to ensure they are able to live out healthy and long lives.

We're joining in the Teddy Bear FUN to help support world-class care for kids and families at the existing Stollery, while also bringing to life a new stand-alone Stollery for the future.

We're participating in Teddy Bear Fun Fest on May 9, 2026, at Rundle Park. In addition to a 5 km fun run/walk/roll, I’m ready to enjoy a day full of FUN and FUNdaising in support of Stollery kids.

The Stollery is a cause that’s near and dear to our hearts. With your support, we’ll help kids from backyards across Alberta – and beyond access world-class physical and mental health care – and have a ton of fun while we’re doing it!
